Partheeban Adaikalam

Partheeban Adaikalam holds a Law Degree (L.L.B. Hons) from the University of London and a Certificate in Legal Practice (C.L.P.), obtained in 2005. His legal training included nine months of chambering under his master, Mr. Hisham Segaran at Messrs. Morthi Segaran & Co. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. He was enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 13th October 2006. Initially retained as a legal assistant at the same firm, he practiced in various legal areas including civil litigation, criminal litigation, probate matters, and family law. Subsequently, he joined Messrs. Yeow, Toh & Associates in Seremban, handling a wide range of cases in criminal litigation, civil litigation, and family law litigation.

Leveraging his extensive legal experience, he established his practice, Messrs. A. Partheeban & Co. on January 1st, 2016, as a sole proprietor. In addition to his professional endeavours, he has been an active committee member of the Negeri Sembilan Bar since 2015, serving in roles such as Sports Chairperson, YBGK, Legal Aid, Treasurer, and currently as Court Liaison. Under his leadership, Messrs. A. Partheeban & Co. has flourished, attracting other legal assistants and enabling him to fulfill his role as Managing Partner effectively.
