Dasene Jiwa

Dasene Jiwa graduated from University Kebangsaan Malaysia and obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons) Degree in 2016. She read in a chamber under the guidance of her master, Mr. Rajinder Singh from Messrs Morthi Segaran & Co. She was enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 21st June 2017 and was then retained by the firm as Legal Assistant under the Litigation department.

She then joined Messrs A. Partheeban & Co. in April 2018 and is currently still practicing in the firm. She handles various civil proceedings including matrimonial proceedings, estate matters involving letters of Administration, Letters of Probate and Petition for Distribution Order, Matters of goods sold and delivered, Company matters, Bankruptcy and Foreclosure matters, and Divorce proceedings and petitions. Apart from that, she also handles and assists the firm in criminal matters and is a member of Yayasan Bantuan Guaman Kebangsaan (YBGK), Negeri Sembilan.
